“I really liked the blue jay cabin. It was cute and had everything we needed. We had a chirping fire alarm that was fixed by a very nice man right away. Thank you to the very nice gentleman. The only thing, please get new pillows. All were very, very flat. Also needed is a new sofa. That would be wonderful. Other than that we loved it!! Thank you”

“This is my fourth time at canyon cabins. Each time my family stayed at a different cabin. Every time we had a wonderful experience! So far Mama Bear is our favorite. This time we had four families, total 7 adults and 9 children, go with us in different cabins. It was a memorable time for everyone. We enjoyed the cabins, the surrounding areas and the deer friends! Kids did not want to leave. We will definitely come back again.”

“My family and I have stayed at these cabins four separate times. This was our 2nd time at Lil Bear. Overall, we have enjoyed each time and the area is nice and love the gazebo! This review is just for the Lil Bear cabin. Pros: Cozy The grill is nice. Location is good. We had hot water… in fact it would get really hot! New electric lock on front door as been installed since we were last there in this cabin. Love the big kitchen table and nook. Cons and things I think should be addressed in this cabin. 1. Upon entering it had a smell of pet urine. 2. There was also a heavy gas smell from the stove and sewage smell as well. 3. When we first got there the back door was open. The chain lock was still locked but the sliding lock was not and door was open and not shut . 4. Again concerning the back door, I was there alone and laid down in the bedroom. I could hear someone pulling on the back door trying to get in. To say the least it freaked me out! When I got brave enough to check it out, the chain lock was still locked but not the slide lock and the door was again open. I had made sure both locks were locked before lying down. So please fix the back door with more secure locks! Thank you! This shows up with Hurta. My last name is now Savage.”

“I've stayed at Canon Cabins multiple times and have nothing but good experiences. It's a perfect balance of service and freedom. The cabins are cozy with all amenities, someone is there when needed, but no one's there hovering you or your party. The deer wander around (open for interaction if you desire), everything is nearby, and all the neighbors are friendly. It's a small town welcoming community vibe and very refreshing. I won't stay elsewhere or shop around. There's no need to. It's a perfect place to recharge or let loose. Side notes: during Christmas there's a beautiful light display with an open gazebo. There's a 24/7 gym walking distance. As well as a great Mexican restaurant. Every cabin has a grill on the patio There is Wi-Fi (if needed)”

“I’ve stayed here a few times. Usually in little bear but also mama bear and blue Jay. My most recent stay was in little bear and there has been some renovations. It looks pretty modern and I like the change. Outside of that I always enjoy my stays. I got some really good interaction and pictures with the deer this last time. I’m looking forward to returning soon for the Christmas lights.”
